What is Closed-Cell Spray Foam Insulation?

Spray foam insulation is the most versatile and durable insulation on the market.

It’s an insulation material made from polyurethane foam, that provides superior energy efficiency, forms an airtight seal in any cavity it’s installed, and will not compress, compact or deteriorate over time.

Spray foam insulation is so effective that it’s displacing traditional insulation materials like fibreglass batts as the insulation of choice for new homes.

Save Over 30% Off Your Utility Bill

Closed-cell spray foam insulation forms an airtight seal wherever it’s installed, resulting in superior energy efficiency and can save homeowners between 30 – 50% on their energy bills.

Clients save so much on their energy bills that they can normally pay off the cost of the spray foam insulation within 3-4 years!

Lasts 80+ Years

With traditional insulation products, the cost to maintain and replace the insulation can increase the initial investment by several times.

Spray foam insulation will not compress, compact or deteriorate over time and lasts 80+ years.

This insulation is so strong and durable that it even adds structural integrity to your home!

3-in-1: Moisture, Heat & Sound Barrier

Closed-cell spray foam insulation expands to 50 – 100 times its original size, forming an airtight seal in any space it’s sprayed into. Its superior insulating properties has a wide range of benefits:

  • Reduces mold and mildew growth caused by condensation
  • Keeps your home cooler in summer and warmer in winter
  • Acoustic reduction of up to 75%
  • Reduces air pollutants (perfect for people with allergies and asthma)
  • Reduces the possibility of insects entering your home

Increase Your Home Value by 3% - 6%

It’s no secret that new homebuyers are seeking energy-efficient tools that are environmentally friendly and will save them money on heating and cooling.

In fact, spray foam insulation is preferred as much as solar panels and HVAC systems. So much so that on average spray foam insulation increases your property value by 3% up to 6%!
